Cath Stanley is an experienced Occupational Psychologist having worked as a consultant with Goldsmith Fitzgerald Partnership and as an Independent Consultant for over 15 years.
Cath graduated from UCD with an Honours BA in Psychology in 1992 and a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies in 1993. She completed a Masters in Work and Organisational Psychology (DCU) and worked with the Services Training and Development Department in UCD prior to first joining Goldsmith Fitzgerald Partnership in 1998. Cath has continued to work as an assessment specialist and a people development professional in a range of roles over the past 23 years. Cath has many years’ experience in providing blended learning solutions to improve organisational performance and productivity. She is a qualified training professional as well as an experienced Occupational Psychologist. Cath has worked as a project manager and lead consultant on substantive assessment centre and learning solution programmes with over 30 diverse public and private sector organisation. In the public sector key clients have included the HSE, Regional Health Boards, Office of the DPP, Dept. of Arts, Sports and Tourism, Dept. of Defence and the OPW. Private Sector clients have included Abbott, Diageo, Shannon Development, Eircom and Vodafone (Ireland and UK). Cath has previously acted as lead deliverer on the psychometrics assessment programme.
