Jennifer Buckley graduated from the University of Limerick (UL) with an honours degree in business studies, and then completed a Masters in Work and Organisational Behaviour. Prior to working with Enact, Jennifer worked in a HR role within the banking sector, she also has HR experience within a large multinational pharmaceutical company and as a University Teaching Assistant in UL.
At Enact, Jennifer has proved to be a competent programme advisor and support to participant s during programmes. Enact as the leading providers of accredited training in psychometric assessment in Ireland regularly deliver in house programmes, public programmes and Masters level programmes to students from UCD, UL, UCC, and DCU. Jennifer also works as a tutor on programmes providing participants with constructive feedback during test user practicals. Her expertise is demonstrated by having engaged one-to-one feedback and development discussions, following a best practice approach, to delegates of psychometric assessment training programmes.
Jennifer provides logistical support on assessment centres. Jennifer has subsequently gained a substantive body of knowledge of psychometric tools and is a BPS qualified test user. Thus far, she has supported the administration of psychometric assessments to over 2100 participants, and was directly involved in the psychometric projects Enact ran with Galway County Council, Waterford City and County Council, Dundalk Institute of technology, Limerick City and CoCo, Wexford CoCo, Westmeath CoCo.
