Narrative Interviewing combines the structured competency based interview approach with a semi structured more conversational interview approach.

The programme will enable participants to:
- Appreciate the benefits of having clear competency requirements
- Use the narrative format to maintain control of the interview and probe critical areas systematically
- Get skills based feedback. With a facilitated tutor: participant ratio of 1:5 your time on the programme’s practical exercises will be well spent. Out tutors are Occupational Psychologists skilled in behavioural observation. They will ensure you receive confidence building feedback, on your strengths and areas of ‘work in progress’.
