Our Small Group Interviewee Training programme provide you with an opportunity to prepare for your interview in a safe learning environment. The programme will provide interviewees with confidence building experience to familiarise them with semi-structured and competency based interview formats.

The programme will enable you to:
- Clarify competency requirements and identify what high standard performance “looks like” in the role
- Focus on your strengths and the value that you can bring to the role
- Develop Interviewee skills through Supervised Practice Sessions! With a facilitated tutor: participant ratio of no more than 1:5 your time on the programme’s practical exercises will be well spent. Out tutors are Occupational Psychologists skilled in behavioural observation. They will ensure you receive confidence building feedback, on your strengths and areas of ‘work in progress’.
